Why We Started Improved Connections

We were tired of vague support and overpriced infrastructure. So we built something we’d actually want to use.

This started in a call with all of us.

We were working on client apps and had just hit our third “your hosting limit has been exceeded” email that month — even though we weren’t doing anything wild. We didn’t need more bandwidth, we needed transparency.

So we asked: what if we made our own hosting company?

Not for the masses. Just for developers. For people like us.

💡 The Premise

It wasn’t about building the next AWS. It was about giving devs a better default.

We launched Improved Connections as a billing shell for client infrastructure — and realized we could turn it into a platform other devs could use.

We’re small, on purpose. That’s how we stay fast, honest, and obsessed with quality.

Thanks for building with us.
